Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and expert product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering a sense of belonging for all clients and team members.
  • Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
