Sephora in Broomall, United States, is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a part-time position. Join a dynamic team in the beauty retail industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting retail experiences.
  • Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience, preferably in retail.

Workplace

This position is based in Broomall, Pennsylvania, USA.

Compensation

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
