Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering atmosphere.
- Uphold Sephora's standards by adhering to company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence in clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

Compensation
$16.60 - $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
