Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate clients.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
