Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values.
  • Enhance team performance and capability to support internal talent development.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mentality within the team and collaborate with the wider team.
  • Motivate the team to deliver first-class customer service consistently.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in retail or store line management.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

Skills

Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. Ability to influence team members at all levels.

Experience

2-3+ years of experience in retail or store line management, preferably with a big box retailer or in a multi-site capacity.

This position is based in Newcastle, Newcastle, Australia.
