Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Livermore, CA. Join a leading beauty retailer within the LVMH group, known for innovation and excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00. Eligible for bonuses.
