Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service.
  • Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent client management skills.

Skills

Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

Experience

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The successful candidate will be located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $68,875.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
