Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine as an Assistant Category Manager Intern. Be part of the LVMH family, supporting the Sephora Collection brand in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Sephora Collection brand for the French market.
  • Assist in the operational execution of the Sephora Collection brand in stores and on the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor weekly performance of the three categories: Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare.
  • Oversee promotional tools such as gifts with purchase, samples, and gift cards across retail and web channels.
  • Manage the visibility plan for E-Stores and the App.
  • Participate in assortment management including new product listings and sales tracking.
  • Aid in reporting and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations and seasonal events such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
  • Communicate with stores and manage feedback.
  • Draft weekly INSIDE messages for the store network.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree in university or business school with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Seeking a final-year internship or a gap year placement.
  • Previous experience in the beauty sector.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.

Experience

Previous experience in the beauty sector is preferred.

Education

Pursuing a higher education degree in university or business school, specializing in Marketing.
