Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in store meetings and trainings.
  • Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
  • Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
  • Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company as required.
  • Provide support across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for entire shifts, with or without accommodation.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

This position is based in Chandler, Arizona, USA.

Compensation

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications and experience.
