Join RIMOWA in Paris as a Project & Performance Intern. Support project managers in optimizing performance and improving projects within the Client Care team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate usage and data integrity of the information system by users.
  • Monitor weekly KPIs, providing challenges and support to regions to meet targets such as lead time and productivity.
  • Manage spare parts consumption and stock across a vast network of stores and workshops.
  • Consolidate monthly P&L across all markets and challenge repair costs.
  • Create and update the master database for Re-Crafted products and points of sale.
  • Assist in launching the Re-Crafted program in new markets.
  • Upgrade and test reports, including Re-crafted repair status.
  • Develop a cost analysis dashboard to ensure repair costs align with the budget and propose corrective actions.
  • Participate in projects to enhance repair productivity and quality.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Ability to simplify and convey complex topics. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

Education

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
