Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess and execute luggage repairs on-site in the store's dedicated workshop.
  • Utilize the Repair Management System for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
  • Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repairs.
  • Maintain and organize the in-store workshop, ensuring machinery and tools are serviced.
  • Assist in sales as needed.

  • Proficiency in craftsmanship and repair techniques.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
  • Experience in retail or a passion for providing a luxurious customer experience.
