Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Security and Health & Safety Managers and site management to ensure compliance with directives.
  • Identify compliance gaps through regular site visits and implement solutions.
  • Review and implement Richemont's technical specifications and operational procedures for each location.
  • Train employees on Security and Health & Safety requirements, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and group standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Richemont's security and health & safety guidelines through regular audits and assessments.
  • Build relationships with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and monitoring KPIs.
  • Conduct risk assessments for events, identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation measures.
  • Be available for late finishes after events or audits, including occasional weekend work and on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • IOSH Health and Safety qualification

Skills

Proficiency in creating risk assessments Fire awareness skills CCTV investigation skills Experience dealing with external vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Adaptability to constantly changing environments

Experience

2-4 years of experience in a related field.
