Join Richemont in Hong Kong as a Finance Business Consultant, providing support and driving projects within the APAC region. Ideal for candidates with SAP FI/CO expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support business needs for accounting, cost controlling, product costing, and finance consolidation.
  • Monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution within agreed service level agreements.
  • Organize and coordinate testing sessions for system releases and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Finance management teams/key users within the APAC region.
  • Interface with Central Team/Functional BPIs on template/process improvement and functional rollout.
  • Review, prepare, and update documentation such as procedures and manuals.
  • Provide training on systems and business processes as required.
  • Participate in project implementation, gap analysis, blueprint/requirements gathering, and document preparation.
  • Support rollout projects, continuous improvement projects, and deploy group procedures and tools.
  • Coordinate with key users through different phases of the implementation cycle.
  • Perform data migration and authentication settings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of implementation and support experience in SAP FI/CO module.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP Finance/FICO, including sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, COPA, and Bank Accounting. Knowledge of integration with modules such as SD/MM, retail, and other digital support systems. Familiarity with Concur and/or Matchbox is advantageous. Experience in global/regional project rollouts is beneficial. Proven ability to implement standard and intercompany flows. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform cross-functional analysis and problem-solving. Fluency in written and verbal communication in Chinese and English. Willingness to travel periodically.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of implementation and support experience in the SAP FI/CO module is required.

Education

Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Management, or related fields.
