Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical documentation, including plans and service order indications.
  • Establish detailed production processes.
  • Manufacture and finish high-quality components, such as mirror-polished parts.
  • Adjust components as necessary to ensure proper tool functionality.
  • Inspect manufactured components for dimensional and aesthetic quality.
  • Analyze tooling issues within area of expertise and propose and implement improvement actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • CFC in Micromechanics or equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in the watchmaking sector.

Skills

Proficiency in conventional and digital machinery. Ability to propose solutions and work under pressure. Customer-oriented mindset. Autonomy, precision, organizational skills, concentration, and team spirit.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Education

CFC in Micromechanics or equivalent diploma.
