Join Parfums Christian Dior in Riga, Latvia as a Trainer and Beauty Consultant. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment within the luxury cosmetics industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for multibrand and Dior Beauty Consultants, both online and offline, covering basic, novelty, and custom-designed training modules.
  • Perform in-store training and coaching, focusing on Dior sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Implement individualized training paths for sell-out staff, adhering to Dior's Training Path.
  • Participate actively in makeup events, providing makeup services in stores.
  • Onboard and train new employees, covering basic training and sales methods.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Training Manager and other company personnel.
  • Support the Training Manager in organizing training events and translations.
  • Travel frequently to support local teams in the Baltics with merchandising.
  • Engage in the sale of Dior products, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Initiate customer contact and provide personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales training within a retail environment, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in training, coaching, and achieving goals.
  • Experience as a makeup artist is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a sales advisor is beneficial.

Skills

Advanced understanding of training methods and techniques. Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. Professional makeup application skills. Driver’s license.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
