Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure international regulatory compliance of product portfolio, considering operational, business, and brand strategy constraints.
- Analyze concepts and briefs to anticipate regulatory constraints and provide recommendations.
- Edit and validate product listings and communication materials, including labels and regulatory claims.
- Contribute to successful international product registrations by providing specific information within defined timelines.
- Participate in portfolio compliance during regulatory changes.
- Develop and raise awareness among internal teams regarding regulatory issues.
- Contribute to successful inspections.
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, LVMH research, and international subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in regulatory affairs or a similar function within the cosmetics or luxury goods industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
