Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify key brand advocates among multi-brand sales advisors.
  • Enhance store sales performance by coaching brand advocates to optimize Dior sales.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising planograms and make necessary adjustments for perfumes, skincare, and makeup.
  • Monitor and report on sales objectives to the Regional Manager.
  • Conduct in-store training on products and new releases.

Proficiency in sales and coaching techniques (e.g., D.I.O.R., Grow). Competence in using computer tools. Customer service orientation and active listening skills. Professionalism in representing the Dior brand. Adherence to grooming standards.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
