Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless client support across all communication channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media.
  • Assist clients throughout their online purchasing journey, enhancing sales conversion and providing technical support.
  • Offer personalized beauty advice to clients, ensuring they select the most suitable products for their needs.
  • Maintain and enhance client loyalty by delivering premium care and addressing inquiries related to loyalty programs and store events.
  • Drive revenue generation by encouraging purchase conversions and promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collect and manage client data to improve CRM campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that aligns with the brand's standards of excellence.
  • Address and resolve client complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Accurately process client orders and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury, cosmetics, or sales environments.

Skills

Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to client styles. Professionalism and composure in high-stress situations. Problem-solving and adaptability, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately. Proficiency in basic computer tasks and digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is advantageous. Ability to learn quickly and absorb brand history and product knowledge.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury, cosmetics, or sales environments is required.
