Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless client support across multiple channels, including email, live chat, phone calls, and social media.
  • Assist clients throughout their online purchasing journey, enhancing sales conversion and providing technical support.
  • Offer personalized beauty advice to clients, ensuring they select the most suitable products for their needs.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, promoting loyalty and profitability through premium care.
  • Drive revenue generation by encouraging purchases and cross-selling/up-selling on remote channels.
  • Collect and manage client data to improve CRM campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that exceeds expectations and reinforces brand values.
  • Address and resolve client complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Process client orders and requests accurately and promptly, maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury, cosmetics, or sales environments.

Skills

Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions. Professionalism and composure in high-stress situations. Sound judgment and critical thinking for effective problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce/SFSC is advantageous. Ability to learn quickly and absorb brand history and product knowledge.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury, cosmetics, or sales environments is preferred.
