Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor market performance and the performance of various perfume lines including J'adore, Miss Dior, Poison, Sauvage, Dior Homme, and La Collection Privée.
  • Conduct launch assessments and evaluations of key events for 2025-2026.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, evaluate trade activations, and provide recommendations.
  • Oversee sales forecasts from local teams and reassess product and promotional material quantities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis through digital monitoring of e-retail sites and create summary sheets of new products.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or a University Master's with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in English and French. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills. Creative and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience

A significant initial experience in Operational Marketing within the cosmetics sector is required.

Education

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.

The role is situated in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
