Join Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, as an International E-Retail Fragrance Project Manager. Drive e-Retail strategies and manage global fragrance launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze e-Retail performance and identify key challenges in the fragrance sector.
  • Develop 360-degree activations for priority launches and key commercial periods, such as Valentine's Day and Father's Day, while adhering to Dior's brand values and codes.
  • Maximize business potential for each launch and design launch kits.
  • Manage the global 360-degree approach and oversee the production of creative elements.
  • Ensure local market needs are met, including providing creative recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough market research on innovations, trends, and competition to propose high-value innovative action plans for Parfums Christian Dior.
  • Supervise an intern.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university program.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
