Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate the implementation of the training plan to the HR team and managers.
  • Propose and structure training initiatives, acting as a liaison on-site.
  • Enhance existing career pathways and contribute to employee skill development in collaboration with the training team and operational staff.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment plan for interns and apprentices, from drafting job postings to onboarding.
  • Organize and facilitate site visits for partner schools.
  • Support the implementation and animation of intern and apprentice programs, including internal and external events.
  • Create internal and external content to highlight HR and business activities at the Chartres site.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and support communication campaigns for employees.
  • Contribute to the implementation of CSR and QVCT initiatives to engage teams.
  • Aid in the development of new tools/processes/performance indicators and oversee the HR budget.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an industrial HR environment.

Experience

Entry-level experience in a demanding industrial HR environment is required.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
