Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with HR business needs and IT strategy.
- Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model, integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions.
- Coordinate between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized HRIS ecosystem.
- Manage and prioritize the HR IT Roadmap and Strategic portfolio for the Maisons and Beauty Division.
- Oversee budget portfolio management.
- Deliver all HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
- Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CoreHR program.
- Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications, ensuring operational excellence.
- Provide reporting to Beauty management to give visibility to Build & Run activities.
- Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
- Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.
- Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
- Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
