Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the global product vision in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
  • Develop a prioritized strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.
  • Translate business and UX challenges into concrete product initiatives with a focus on impact and performance.
  • Manage, inspire, and develop a team of 10 talents including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
  • Foster an agile, collaborative, and empowering work environment.
  • Enhance team skills through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
  • Oversee the discovery, delivery, and monitoring of all projects and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and inter-team coordination.
  • Continuously improve agile processes and team rituals such as PI Planning, sprints, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate daily with Tech, UX/UI, Data, SEO, CRM, Customer Service, and market teams to ensure smooth and effective execution.
  • Lead the migration to the new e-commerce platform, ensuring continuity, performance, and quality across markets.
  • Manage the launch of new e-commerce sites, coordinating with local teams, external partners, and addressing legal/marketing challenges.
  • Adapt the platform to local specifications while maintaining brand experience consistency and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with data teams to enhance a data-driven product approach, analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and technological monitoring to identify innovation and differentiation opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the AB testing roadmap.
  • Serve as the strategic partner and interface between business, tech, and leadership teams, facilitating alignment and collaboration.
  • Define the product budget, select business partners, and manage service providers.
  • Champion the product culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a Business or Engineering School, ideally with a specialization in Digital.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product and digital project management within a 'pure player' or international e-commerce division.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional and operational teams.

Skills

Strong project management skills including scoping, specifications, testing, and budgeting. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client orientation. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for daily use. Rigorous, responsive, and adept at prioritizing with a results-oriented mindset. Technical problem-solving aptitude.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in product and digital project management, preferably in a 'pure player' or international e-commerce environment.

Education

Degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a Digital specialization.
