Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the CRM & online activation plan.
  • Develop online planning for upcoming campaigns, including new launches and key commercial periods such as Christmas.
  • Produce campaign and promotional materials using programs like Photoshop and InDesign in collaboration with the graphic design team.
  • Ensure proper implementation of campaigns across various (e-)retailers in conjunction with the E-Business Manager & CRM Manager.
  • Monitor online trends and track competitor visibility, presenting findings weekly to the online team.
  • Engage in copywriting for marketing texts and product descriptions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Communication, or (Commercial) Economics.
  • Strong written communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail (retail = detail). Driven and proactive work ethic. Hands-on mentality. Flexibility and adaptability. High degree of independence. Affinity with cosmetics. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in relevant fields.

The successful candidate will be located in Capelle aan den IJssel, South Holland, Netherlands.
