Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of briefs and coordinate interactions with agencies and service providers.
  • Oversee the operational production and logistics of national and international cultural events.
  • Manage sponsorship projects, including relationships with institutions and artists, and review contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Coordinate artistic partnerships with artists and internal services.
  • Conduct monthly cultural and event monitoring for the international communication department.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).

Skills

Creativity and Innovation Initiative Collaboration and Teamwork Communication and Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail Learning Agility Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English and French (written, spoken, and read)

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a beginner-level understanding of cultural project management is beneficial.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
