Join Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore as an Area Sales Manager. Develop sales and brand equity in the Southeast Asia region with a focus on luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales, market share, and brand equity in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld in line with luxury brand image.
  • Drive retail development across offline and online channels.
  • Manage P&L, including preparation, presentation, and monthly reviews.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with all accounts.
  • Accelerate retail excellence through digital tools and omnichannel strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing for 360 launch plan execution.
  • Ensure E-Retail strategy compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage a team of 7 office members and 70+ retail frontline staff.

Qualifications

  • At least 7-8 years of related experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
  • Strong PR and negotiation skills.
  • Sharp business acumen and sound decision-making abilities.

Skills

Sales and results-oriented mindset. Strategic thinking with a global business perspective. Solid analytical skills and numbers focus. Retail and data/digital centricity. Strong people and team management skills.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
