Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP orders including registration, validation, reception, and payment coordination with SJDB accounting.
  • Update and maintain departmental expense tracking files.
  • Assist in budget analysis.
  • Monitor consumption of strategic suppliers such as Engie and Top Chrono.
  • Perform monthly updates of key reporting indicators (Engie, Nordechets, Green Wishes, CBRE, Veolia).
  • Track service provider hours in the ETP table.
  • Create and modify supplier accounts.
  • Format and prepare internal communications, utilizing AI and graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Handle various service orders, including technical equipment and office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a BTS in Accounting and Management or a similar program.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Autonomy and initiative. Interest in process optimization and cost management. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a BTS in Accounting and Management or a similar qualification.
