Join Officine Universelle Buly in Paris as an International Commercial Assistant Intern, contributing to global projects in hospitality, restaurant, and corporate sectors. Part of the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the amenities range in the hospitality sector with a new partner.
  • Participate in client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to the 2025 renovation and expansion project in the restaurant sector.
  • Maintain brand image through site visits and report writing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.
  • Assist in the international development project for the restaurant sector.
  • Update databases and manage orders, restocking, dispatch, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Organize and follow up on client meetings for special projects, such as with LVMH.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, VPC, finance) for project follow-ups.
  • Manage client contacts, order intake, and delivery tracking.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's level or higher).

Skills

Luxury sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong service orientation and dynamic approach. Analytical skills with a numerical affinity. Fluency in French and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
