Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold operational excellence by mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony.
- Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities.
- Ensure tailor-made client and prospect follow-up, maintaining high-quality service.
- Support after-sales clients with expert watch knowledge and solutions in accordance with Maison procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build a network of high-potential clients.
Qualifications
- Empathy and natural curiosity to offer unforgettable client experiences.
- Strong experience in sales and a passion for watches.
- Innovative ideas and creativity to develop memorable events and client activations.
- Digital skills to implement and leverage digital strategies.
