Moët Hennessy seeks an Experience & Global Events Assistant Intern in Paris, France. Join a leader in luxury wines and spirits for a 6-month internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, management, and organization of all events within hospitality spaces.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for events, managing all participants including external vendors, chefs, and hostesses.
  • Oversee budget management and invoicing in coordination with the group's accounting department.
  • Monitor inventory and manage the wine cellar.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with Event and Hospitality Managers across all houses.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or hospitality management program.
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English (C1 level minimum).

Currently pursuing a degree in business or hospitality management.
