Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise compliance with Data Protection regulations and implement procedures for personal data processing.
  • Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and service agreements.
  • Collaborate in monitoring the Group's compliance program.
  • Manage and detect irregularities or violations of corporate regulations.
  • Maintain relations with specialized external law firms.
  • Respond to requests from official bodies.
  • Update the company's database of contractual and legal documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Support in the registration and apostille of legal documents.
  • Collect and disseminate legislation related to the Group's activities.
  • Support the implementation of corporate legal tools.
  • Provide legal advice to various Group departments including Marketing, PR, and Finance.
  • Participate in employee onboarding to communicate internal procedures.
  • Collaborate in the department's communication and training plan.
  • Engage in internal company projects.

Qualifications

  • Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
  • Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Experience

Previous experience in a related field is required.

Education

Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
