Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Madrid as a Legal Intern. Develop legal expertise in a dynamic, inclusive environment within the luxury industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise compliance with Data Protection regulations and implement procedures for personal data processing.
- Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including confidentiality and service agreements.
- Collaborate in monitoring the Group's compliance program.
- Manage and detect irregularities or violations of corporate regulations.
- Maintain relations with specialized external law firms.
- Respond to requests from official bodies.
- Update the company's database of contractual and legal documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Support in the registration and apostille of legal documents.
- Collect and disseminate legislation related to the Group's activities.
- Support the implementation of corporate legal tools.
- Provide legal advice to various Group departments including Marketing, PR, and Finance.
- Participate in employee onboarding to communicate internal procedures.
- Collaborate in the department's communication and training plan.
- Engage in internal company projects.
Qualifications
- Law bachelor's degree with a master's degree in access to the legal profession.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
- Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
