Role & Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition, management, and workforce planning.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to recruit top-tier candidates.
- Design and implement employee development programs to promote continuous learning.
- Cultivate high-performance teams through coaching and effective management practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with brand values and LVMH Beauty.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Address employee relations issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Support the performance management cycle, ensuring clear goals and expectations.
- Manage the HR budget and oversee people-related costs.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role within luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience in a matrix organization with a collaborative working style.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry trends.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role within the luxury retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
