Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. Full-time role in Spain's luxury beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
  • Sell products and provide a high level of service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Art of Selling.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
  • Educate clients about products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty among consumers.
  • Participate in the maintenance of merchandising counters according to corporate guidelines.
  • Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail manager/boutique manager.
  • Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • Establish strong relationships with retail store managers.
  • Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.
