Role & Responsibilities

  • Update the Trade Plan for 2026.
  • Assist in managing Trade operations and podiums from supplier brief to in-store implementation.
  • Create marketing tools to support sales, such as launch boxes and games.
  • Develop CRM marketing tools including mailings, flyers, emails, and SMS campaigns.
  • Organize events and masterclasses.
  • Contribute to the development of 360° plans, presentations, and taskforces.
  • Prepare brand workshops during seminars, including presentations and logistics.
  • Participate in the creation of Merchandising planograms using IWD software.
  • Create referencing and dereferencing sheets.
  • Support the development of communication recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and format trade tracking.
  • Monitor consumer trends and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

  • Master's level student in business school or university program.
  • Ideally, previous experience in project management.

Skills

Proficiency in English. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Team spirit, organization, autonomy, creativity, and dynamism. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for the luxury industry and the fragrance and cosmetics sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Photoshop, NPD, and Sketchup as an advantage.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for students seeking to gain project management exposure.

Education

Master's level student in business or related field.

Workplace

This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
