Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant Intern. Contribute to HR training strategies in a leading luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including sending welcome emails, creating MyBeautyPlay accounts, and preparing welcome kits.
  • Manage registrations for integration training sessions such as factory visits, product training for Givenchy and Kenzo, and regulatory modules.
  • Support the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS training system.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including room reservations, meal orders, and attendance sheet preparation.
  • Monitor mandatory training completion through the LMS and propose corrective actions if necessary.
  • Analyze training evaluation feedback and share results with providers.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Group and Maison social report.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibits excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in HR training and development.

Skills

Proficiency in office software tools. Curiosity and dynamism with a proactive approach. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Workplace

The role is situated in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
