Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and exceptional customer service.
- Approach guests and build genuine connections.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
- Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Represent Givenchy with a positive attitude and impeccable grooming standards.
- Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Build effective in-store relationships.
- Plan and deliver in-store events.
- Demonstrate a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous.
