Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and exceptional customer service.
  • Approach guests and build genuine connections.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
  • Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Represent Givenchy with a positive attitude and high grooming standards.
  • Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Build effective in-store relationships.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events.
  • Demonstrate a passion for exceeding sales targets.
