Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in León, Spain as a Beauty Consultant. Enhance brand loyalty, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
  • Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop personal and lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.
