Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent & HR community to design talent management strategies that align with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to establish career paths and cultivate leadership capabilities.
  • Create annual training programs and calendars that support business strategies.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership programs, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and measure outcomes using appropriate metrics.
  • Support the annual talent planning and succession campaign.
  • Conduct career conversations with leaders and coach them on mobility within LV & LVMH.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify trends and retain top talent.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of HR development experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
  • Certification in Gallup Strengths, Hogan, Situational Leadership II, or 360 Assessments preferred.
  • Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in LMS systems, with 360Learning experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and talent management software. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Zoom.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR development within a multinational organization.

Education

Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation

Base salary range of USD $145,000-$150,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
