Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through innovative management and mentorship.
- Inspire teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring adherence to the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
- Monitor store operations and budget, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated and engaged team.
- Serve as a role model in sales leadership, driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, engaging with both team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in premium or luxury retail management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and business development.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
Annual salary range of $140,000-$160,000 CAD, plus bonus opportunities.
