Join Louis Vuitton in London as a Security and Safety Intern. Collaborate with retail teams across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa, supporting administrative and technical operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as first line support for stores and vendors when required.
  • Serve as the focal point for administrative and technical support within the Security & Safety Function.
  • Liaise and negotiate with multiple vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained for compliance.
  • Monitor and manage on-site contractors.
  • Support with conducting and reviewing KPI audits with service providers.
  • Assist with risk assessment updating and creation.
  • Manage store EAS tagging requests and place orders as needed.
  • Provide support for minor works and store projects, in collaboration with the Facilities and Maintenance team.
  • Handle financial administration including Purchase Order Management and invoice approval.
  • Assist in responding to incidents as required, escalating as appropriate.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to working hours and be prepared to be ‘on call’ as required.
  • Provide operational support at on- and off-site events.
  • Manage the online health and safety platform.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience

Skills

Strong Excel skills, SAP a plus Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to prioritize a varying workload and to work off own initiative Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines Team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and multicultural environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal and external contacts

Experience

Beginner level experience in administration or related fields.
