Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and performance of the production sector.
- Guarantee the performance, quality, quantities, deadlines, and safety of the team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
- Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring their versatility and flexibility.
- Provide meaningful direction to the team and address their needs and demands.
- Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
- Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.
Qualifications
- Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in managing production teams in an industrial setting.
Education
Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
