Join Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong as a Manager of Omnichannel and Supply Chain Information Systems. Lead transformation efforts and manage OMS and supply chain applications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Omnichannel Order Management System (OMS) and Supply Chain applications.
  • Collaborate with local and global IS&T teams, third-party vendors, and support teams to deliver robust business solutions.
  • Manage system stability and evolution of the Omni-Channel Order Management Platform.
  • Provide effective production support management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and problem management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Central office to manage application product roadmaps.
  • Ensure project success in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders.
  • Oversee project schedules and IS&T resources throughout project duration.
  • Structure test campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time. Ability to prioritize effectively. High level of customer experience management. Expertise in supply chain and order management applications.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing information systems within the supply chain and omnichannel domains is required.
