Join Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong as a Manager of Omnichannel and Supply Chain Information Systems. Lead transformation efforts and manage OMS and supply chain applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Omnichannel Order Management System (OMS) and Supply Chain applications.
- Collaborate with local and global IS&T teams, third-party vendors, and support teams to deliver robust business solutions.
- Manage system stability and evolution of the Omni-Channel Order Management Platform.
- Provide effective production support management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and problem management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Central office to manage application product roadmaps.
- Ensure project success in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules and IS&T resources throughout project duration.
- Structure test campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing information systems within the supply chain and omnichannel domains is required.
