Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in global protection and defense of Louis Vuitton Malletier's intellectual property rights on the Internet.
  • Conduct monitoring and investigations into online counterfeit offerings across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with legal team to define strategies against identified infringing content.
  • Draft, send, and track cease-and-desist letters and notifications to internet intermediaries, potentially leading to civil or criminal litigation.
  • Research and draft legal notes based on current legal developments in areas such as domain names and intermediary liability.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program in Intellectual Property Law or Digital Law, or equivalent.
  • Possess a foundational experience in the field of intellectual property.

Skills

Strong knowledge of American and international law. Fluency in English. Keen interest in the digital environment. Attention to detail, curiosity, and proactivity.

Experience

Entry-level experience in intellectual property law is required.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or Digital Law, or equivalent.
