Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production processes of stitching and cutting in the footwear department.
  • Manage resources within the preparation and stitching lines, as well as the cutting department.
  • Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all shoemaking machinery.
  • Analyze time and methods to optimize production efficiency.
  • Balance production lines to meet output targets.
  • Manage product mix changes and article transitions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of preparation and stitching processes.
  • Technical expertise in shoemaking machinery.

Skills

Strong organizational and relational skills. Teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to change and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English language skills preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured environments.
