Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team to drive business and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Drive store sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear (RTW) metrics by aligning styling efforts with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with the Management team to strategically develop selling associates through quality training and coaching.
- Utilize business performance data to inform leadership and operational discussions, focusing on appointment schedules.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis of RTW selling associates using KPIs and behavioral assessments.
- Promote client-centric excellence by enhancing the knowledge of Retail Teams regarding brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and positioning strategies for the RTW business, briefing leadership on key insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling.
- Proven track record of success in developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
