Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and foster strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate and share extensive product knowledge, particularly in Exotics.
  • Lead sales initiatives and consistently achieve top seller status in the category.
  • Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business strategies.
  • Conduct product training and introduce new launches to the team.
  • Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings and coaching.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of clients and exemplify superior clienteling practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a sales leader in luxury fashion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to foster positive client relationships.

Skills

Expertise in Women's Ready-to-Wear and Exotics. Advanced clienteling and sales techniques. Effective communication and coaching abilities. Proficiency in product training and development.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on client development and product expertise.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Los Angeles, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Hourly rate between USD $27/hr - $33/hr, plus commission opportunities.
