Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques related to the Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
  • Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
  • Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
  • Maintain and expand product expertise, particularly in Watches & Jewelry.
  • Drive in-store business growth for the Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Conduct product training sessions and manage new product launches.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
  • Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with a focus on luxury retail or a similar environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Costa Mesa, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Hourly rate between USD $30-36, with commission opportunities.
