Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to drive business growth and communicate corporate strategies to the team.
  • Conduct morning briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to disseminate relevant business information.
  • Observe and assist the team during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category to clients.
  • Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing exceptional clienteling skills.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
  • Proven track record as a top seller in the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and commercial acumen.

Experience

Compensation

Hourly rate between USD $30-36, plus commission opportunities.
